Well... we've done it again! Hello Gorgeous has undergone a slight makeover and is feeling beautiful & a little flirty! Check out the new website here and while you're at it snatch up some of our new logos while they are on sale!

We have exciting things happening behind the scenes such as new stationery designs, new logo designs, new branding items, a new look complete with a new website launching soon! ... We love Pantone's color of the year: Emerald. And we could not wait to create a modern design using the gorgeous green! We have been so busy lately that we have not had a chance to finish up some of our new designs but we are working overtime to get them finished for you! And first on our list? Our modern, chevron typography wedding invitation suite complete with bellyband.

Spring hasn't sprung just yet (in fact a snow storm is hitting the midwest right now!) BUT lately I have seen gorgeous colored Easter eggs and some Easter foodies and thought I'd share!!!
Who wouldn't want gold foiled eggs or gorgeous gradient eggs in your favorite color! (Of course, it's pink for me!)
And for the kiddos (or kiddos-at-heart)...

Okay - It's not spring yet... but we wish it was - so we are letting some thing go a bit earlier than planned.

I just couldn't wait to spill the beans! I told you that we had BIG plans for 2013! Between launching our new sister site, rolling out amazing collections, rebranding Diva Gone Domestic... I don't know how to take all of the excitement... Well - there's more. I can't tell you everything... not yet anyway!
But that doesn't mean I have to keep EVERYTHING a secret, right?! Well... here it is!
Over the past few months, quite a few of our clients have had trouble getting all of their information to their guests... I mean after all - an invitation is only so big! We always suggest that couples start a wedding website so that they can get information to their guests such as wedding events, accommodations, things to do, registry information, photos, etc. Most of our brides take our suggestions and in the end, thank us for it.
One of the most frustrating thing about wedding websites is the "templates" they have. You have a choice of 5 colors and if that's not one of your colors ... too bad! Well, DGD believes in building excitement and anticipation for your wedding! And that's why we decided to offer custom built wedding blogs & websites! *Gasp!* *Applause* *Loud Cheers!*
Not only can we build something from scratch just for you, we also are going to have matching blog templates to match our invitation collections! Amazing right? So... basically here's what happens.
1) You LOVE our Charlotte collection and decide that you are going to order your invitations from us.
2) You realize that most of your friends and family are across the country and have no idea what to do, where to eat, sleep & shop... plus you want them to know that you have a day after brunch planned. And then there's the fact that your best friend, Suzie and your favorite Great Aunt Millie have never met Robert before... It would be nice to give a little bit of an introduction. You need a wedding website!
3) Then you remember how awesome Diva Gone Domestic is. Wait a minute! They have a Charlotte template that matches my invitations perfectly! You contact us and TADA!
4) We walk you through the steps to set up your wedding website!
Over the next couple of months we will be building the templates for both blogger & wordpress that coordinate with our collections - but if you simply can't wait... contact us and we can get started right away!

Lately we've been feeling a little - ahem... underdressed! We think it has something to do with the arrival of our new sister site: Hello Gorgeous. I mean, don't get us wrong - she is lovely and sweet but she also has style & sass... So, with the help of Hello Gorgeous - we are creating a new look for Diva Gone Domestic!
The first part of our project was to redesign our logo. We went through many concepts before deciding on a clear winner. We're not going to show you the winner today... but soon darlings! Soon.
In the meantime, here are a few concepts that we tossed around.
If you fall in love with one of these logos - let us know! They will be available for purchase this week! Just shoot us an email and let us know you would like to purchase one of these logos! (As an FYI - when you purchase logos from Hello Gorgeous you receive:
* .png files (transparent background)
* vector file (for HUGE sizing capabilities without loss of resolution)
* layered .psd (so that you can change the colors whenever you want!!!!)
(Kind of cool huh? We know how annoying it is to have to rely on someone else to alter your logo so you can use it for a huge banner or change the color to match your new website... That's why we decided to offer this!)
